Japan recently moved from 55% to 20% capital gains on digital assets and that showed that other jurisdictions are becoming more competitive. Whether the US eliminates or reduces crypto capital gains remains a possibility being discussed but not yet enacted. Structure your holdings correctly now to access the available mitigation tools rather than waiting on legislation that may or may not arrive.
