No right to privacy in a public place sadly! filming in public is not illegal, nor do they need to ask anyone arounds permission, they also haven’t purposefully taken pictures of ur kids to upload, you was just in a public place

As an adoptive parent especially makes me so nervous when I’m somewhere people are filming or taking photos I’ve even had to speak to wedding photographers & say please don’t get our son in any images, safeguarding is really important for children anyway but even more so when you have a public profile or you’re protecting a child’s identity
