Thank you for sharing your journey. I am 41 next week and also have a test to see if I am peri-menopausal. My Dr at first was reluctant to do it because I'm too young. When will Drs stop using our age against us so we can get help with this! Yes, at 40 it is young but shit happens. I watched your first video and I have many symptoms the same as you including the hot flashes that almost make you pass out (has happened whilst driving). I too, am a spiritual woo woo and I literally thought I was losing my mind. I hope you start to feel the benefits of your HRT sooner rather than later so you start to live a normal life. xx

I have been on HRT for a few years. I am doing well on the compound estrogen and testosterone through Fountain. It gives me more of a steady dose unlike pellets that go up and down between insertions.

They told me I was too young when. I went throught it too. I had a hysterectomy at 32 and went through menopause in my late 30s. Have you checked iron and ferritin? Mine was super low. Its just a pill every other day. Helped with my exhaustion. Just a thought.

Neurospicy female here. Been on bioidenticals for 20 years due to complete hysterectomy. Will take them till I die. Females Have To Have Hormones or we die slowly and it’s inhumane. I am also a NP. Healthcare is so far behind in women’s health. Good for you!! Be your own advocate.
