I had just one microneedling session on my hands, about a year ago, and since then I haven’t needed to do it again or have any maintenance treatments. The recovery is terrible, though, and it actually takes longer to heal than microneedling on the face. The results were definitely worth it, but if you ask me whether I’d do it again, I’d say no. Even though I got great results, the recovery process is just awful.
