had an heart surgery today reached 35 degrees on the 5th floor of the hospital and well the ac decided it wasnt worth working so i melted for 12hours after a 8 or surgery

if you work in a fast Food chain such as KFC, use the equipment you have their. my KFC has an ice making machine as well as 3 sinks to hand wash things during the day. when they're not in use, we will fill 1 up with alot of the ice that was made and then fill the rest of it up with cold water. it can cause shock, but it keeps your blood vessels cold if you only put your arms in

What I do to cool myself is putting my feet in cold water. It works on hands too but I would rather keep them free. It works because your skin on both extremities are the best way to do heat exchange.

Buy a portable AC in September/October so it’s a reasonable price. Even if you only use it a few weeks a year, it’s a few weeks less suffering

tip: put a water bottle in the freezer, itll melt over time as you take it out... giving you nice cold water
