This happened to me when I lived in Southeast Asia. Don’t put ice on it, it makes it worse! Take an antihistamine, do something active that heats up your body and gets blood flowing (workout/run/walk) and take a hot shower. I had to take antihistamines twice a day for a year before my lip stopped blowing up like a botched lip job anytime my lip was touched funny because of built up histamines.

The SAME thing happens to me! I can’t figure out if it’s direct contact with certain foods. Once I got it after eating a damn tortilla chip and another time after eating a bread stick. it’s only ever half of my upper lip that blows up. Honestly so embarrassing but she goes down after an hour [Tears of joy].

My sister gets like this when she blows up balloons 😂 Its a latex allergy. There are fruits that contain same ingredient as latex. Im allergic to Kiwi which lead to them knowing I was allergic to latex lol
