My autoimmune caused horrible anxiety and weakened my mindset. When I say I want to be normal again I mean I want to be stronger minded as I was before because that was my normal. Idk how to get back to that.

I have 3-Type 1, Celiac and alopecia and now possibly autoimmune arthritis. People keep asking me if I’m stressed about a 4th autoimmune disease. I don’t even remember a time when I didn’t have at least 1 so I’m either not stressed or possibly I’m just numb to it all😂
