I didn't like when I had to answer the land line and the person would ask if my mother was home and when I look over at her doing dishes she would say " tell them I'm not here" and damn well the person heard her voice and I would say she told me to tell you she wasn't here..then my mama get P.Off I said that..Now make that make sences .

I don’t know if this is unique experience BUUUUT, we had one-way phone line, so since I couldn’t have company I would be on the phone all MF day/night. My mama use to do an emergency break through and curse me TF OUT. 🤣🤣🤣 I knew a whooping was coming when she came home. 😭
