If you love pizza but don’t feel like making dough from scratch, these Air Fryer Pizza Roll-Ups might become your new favorite quick snack. 🍕🧀 They’re crispy and golden on the outside, warm and cheesy on the inside, and ridiculously easy to make using ordinary sandwich bread. And yes… we’re turning regular slices of bread into pizza rolls. 😂 No pizza dough. No complicated kneading. No waiting for anything to rise. Just flatten, fill, roll, dip and air fry. For this recipe, you’ll need soft white sandwich bread, pizza sauce, pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, a small splash of milk and oregano. Start by taking your slices of bread and cutting off all four crusts. Don’t throw the crusts away—you can save them for breadcrumbs, croutons or another recipe. Once the crusts are removed, use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread until it becomes thin and compact. You want it fairly flat because this makes the bread much easier to roll without breaking and gives you that crispy exterior once it goes into the air fryer. Now spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each flattened slice. Don’t use too much sauce because too much moisture can make the bread soggy and cause the filling to spill out while cooking. Place a few slices of pepperoni horizontally along the bottom edge of the bread. Add a small handful of shredded mozzarella directly over the pepperoni. Keep most of your filling toward the bottom rather than covering the entire slice—this makes the roll much easier to close. Starting from the filled edge, roll the bread tightly into a little cylinder. Continue with the remaining slices until all your pizza rolls are assembled. Now for the part that makes these extra good. 👀 Crack 1 egg into a shallow bowl. Add a small splash of milk and a sprinkle of dried oregano, then whisk everything together until completely combined. Quickly dip each pizza roll into the egg mixture, turning it so the outside is lightly coated. You don’t want to leave the bread sitting in the mixture because we’re going for crispy pizza rolls—not soggy bread. 😂 Transfer the coated rolls to your air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one so the hot air can circulate properly. Air fry at 190°C / 375°F for approximately 8 minutes, turning them halfway through if necessary, until the outside is beautifully golden and crisp and the mozzarella inside has completely melted. Air fryers vary, so start checking them toward the end. And THAT’S IT. 😭🍕 You end up with crispy little pizza roll-ups with warm pizza sauce, pepperoni and stretchy melted mozzarella tucked inside. Serve them while they’re hot with some extra pizza or marinara sauce on the side for dipping. The best part is how customizable these are. You could leave out the pepperoni for cheese pizza rolls, add finely chopped peppers or mushrooms, switch mozzarella for another good melting cheese, or experiment with whatever pizza toppings you already have in the fridge. They would be so good for an after-school snack, quick lunch, movie night, game-day food or one of those evenings when you want pizza without actually making pizza. And if you’re making them for kids, this is one of those recipes where you may want to make more than you think you need because I don’t see a tray of hot cheesy pizza rolls lasting very long. 😂 AIR FRYER PIZZA ROLL-UPS 🍕 Soft white sandwich bread Pizza sauce Pepperoni slices Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 egg Splash of milk Dried oregano Air fry: 190°C / 375°F for about 8 minutes. Crispy outside. Cheesy inside. Pizza sauce and pepperoni in every bite. And somehow it all started with a slice of sandwich bread. 😂 Save this one because you’re definitely going to want to make it later. ❤️ #creatorsearchinsights #pizza #fypシ゚viral #EasyRecipes #easylunch
