Write your full name on a small piece of paper. 2. Trace a circle of salt (or protective oil) around your written name. 3. Speak aloud: "My energy is my own. I welcome only alignment, peace, and highest light. Anytime my name is spoken with good or bad, intention, beauty, prosperity, and health make their way towards me.” 4.
