The reason for christ saving us is for the eternal.. The flesh is weak and temporary we can die any time so christ saved us from eternal death so as we are alive we are in a grace period yes sin is still there but through grace and free will we can choose he loves us so much we have free will to choose not salvation being forced on us but the danger is as we live however when time comes meaning death the fate is sealed so if you died in sin and in none repentents its over if you die in christ you reign forever in eternal life mathew 10 39 so as you say christ didn't save us he did .. Through Adam and eve sin came in the world death came to world and God had regret for creating man though different generations God kept making a covenant with different chosen people but they still kept sunning that's where we see events like the flood tower of babel sodom and gomora death of earons son and death of eli, s sons and many more The reason for christ is to reunite us with God john 14 6 john 3 16 Because in the old testament laws he used the children of isreal being the nation of Abraham Abraham being tge father of many nations through him being born holy nation exodus 19 5 6 as the chosen people they kept sinning and worshiping idols not keeping God's law resulting in Gods wrath killing some of them and giving access to the enemies of other nations to infiltrate and colonise them and making them slaves hence where pharaoh comes in and God sending moses and God sending different prophets to set the people free and keep them obedient to God's law even though they were chosen they sinned but those prophets leading up to christ to be the main hero saving all the reason for Chris saving us is he defeated death something meant for us so he faced it head on on the cross and raised again after 3 days

Many people misunderstand the main purpose behind what Jesus did on the cross. Him taking on our sin and shedding his blood was a way to bridge us back to the father and to remove the penalty of sin from us for those who believes and place their faith in what Jesus did. That’s the main purpose

He did the deed so that He can eliminate the penalty of sin. He knew that we have a sinful nature from a blood line existing for more than a 1000 years. So we still expected to sin and it’s advisable to not sin but because we are still subject to the weaknesses of the flesh, it’s inevitable for us to sin and it’s expected that we will sin, one way of the other. That’s why a good heart is better than a good deed boasted about in public. And all those pastors that tell you, you will go to hell, is actual propaganda and the installation of fear to get you to pay your tides so that you can feed them with your money and control you with guilt of which forces you to love GOD out of guilt instead of love itself. So the salvation in all of this is the elimination of the penalty of sin itself. However, suicide, and selling your soul and blaspheming the Elohim is unpardonable sin.

I have a couple of honest question if you can help me out… 1, if Jesus paid the price on the cross. To whom did he pay it to? 2, if Jesus is God does that mean God sacrificed himself to himself? 3, if the sins was paid for on the cross why is there still a need to still repent from sin or burn in hell? 4, why dose god need a blood sacrifice to forgive us for our sins when he could just do so without the need for all that. 5, if we humans are considered sinners in the bible even a new born baby, why did God have to impregnate Mary a human to give birth to a God?. 6, we were told that adam and eve was the first to sin by disobeying God which everyone else had to inherit, how was it possible for Lucifer to rebel against God in heaven before being cast out, and if that story is true, doesn’t that mean that Sin actually started in heaven and not in the garden of eden? 7, how is sin possible in heaven? 8, if God has the power to flood the earth and kill a lot of people who according to the bible disobeyed God, why did he still allow satan to exist?
