Just give yourself more time. Focus on getting through the next few minutes, then the next hour, one step at a time. You are not a burden for needing help. You are not weak for breaking down. You are not difficult for wanting someone to listen. Your pain is real, and you deserve support for it. Please, stay. Talk to someone. Let someone sit beside you. Cry if you need to. Put everything else aside for now and focus only on keeping yourself safe. I may not understand every part of what you’re going through, but I care about you, and I don’t want you facing this alone.
