ollama is easy mode, but it is pretty bad relative performance to running directly from llama.cpp server. also my vote for ornith-1.0 over qwen-3.6

I set up ollama docker talking to aider on an old Ryzen 2200e sff box a few months ago on your rec. I was playing around with ollama on my pixel 4a, but I really needed the extra context length of 16gb vs 3gb of the phone
