I would break down too there's no possible way for one person to take on that big of a task I think the manager the boss or whoever was in charge should be the one to be disciplined penalty or whatever they do it's the boss's fault not the employees I believe that the employee should get what do you call that when an employee gets hurt on the job they giving him money some like that I've got one it's called but you know what I'm talking about I believe the employee should get money because he ended up being not only left alone but injured either way get compensated for what he's done and the boss should get fired himself being incompetent
