Hi Pest Control Op here,
call Dpt of Agriculture for your area. those chemicals are under extreme use limitations, you may be able to sic the DOA on the DOE and let them hash it out for you. (Dept of Fish/Wildlife might be able to help as well)
IN THE MEANTIME, These chems are NOT allowed anywhere near water. Especially Fish. It would be a lot of work, but setting up something as simple as a Koi pond might deter them enough to go around your spot of land. Running water is best, if it has fish you can buy yourself 50' on either side of the stream. Look up Endangered Plants, endangered animals, and host them on your land. Have Wildlife services come out and identify bat houses, fishing streams, and native/endangered plant growth areas and they will force the DOE to use non-chemical methods of care for the entire area.
If the DOE comes back before the area is set up, report sightings of endangered birds in the area to the supervisor and mention you spoke with Wildlife or Dpt of Ag or both.
These chemicals are watched like a hawk as they can cause massive disruptions to thousands of species so ask for an Applicators Licence Number from the next person spraying (if any show up), say you're reporting the issue to DOA/Wildlife as the area is federally protected. Breaking those laws can cost the individual applicator $10,000 per violation, or incur costs like $100 PER BEE killed. Idc what language they speak if they're licenced they know this and they WILL stop immediately.
