@bundlebiome: Crested geckos are famous for their incredible climbing abilities, but their spatial awareness leaves a little to be desired. Equipped with specialized toe pads and a prehensile tail, these arboreal lizards are hardwired to leap between branches, yet they frequently misjudge distances and launch themselves enthusiastically into complete nothingness. While their majestic leaps often end in a hilarious belly flop onto the floor or a nearby wall, this bold single-cell-brain strategy works just fine in the wild, where dense tropical foliage usually catches their fall. 🎬: Video taken from @stringofpurrs on TikTok 📷: We don't know who filmed!
