What about if you have low ferritin, normal iron levels. And experience this. I already drink Minerals & chill adrenal cocktail daily.

my favorite adrenal cocktail:
1 cup coconut water
1 cup orange juice
a scoop of collagen
a tsp or so of pink salt.
I put it in a mason jar and shake to mix. literally so good.

I’m so relieved my daughter is going to experience a time when women’s health is finally being studied and taken seriously. This info is vital, thank you.

My daughter has severe pmdd and experiences psychosis during this time. The only thing that helps her function during this time is Stinging Nettle or an antihistamine like Allegra. We have tried so many things. 😭

I used to have really low iron levels that showed up in my annual blood labs. I was taking a daily iron supplement (which didn’t show any change in my iron levels, even after taking it for a couple of years.) I learned from you about 2 years ago, that my I had iron stored in my body and it needed to MOVE! I started taking whole vitamin C, copper and cod liver supplements, and stopped taking iron. The next lab showed that my iron was normal!

what about someone with the opposite… like a really light period and histamine symptoms are minimal at menstrual phases but then histamine symptoms are high around ovulation?

Oh interesting!! In Chinese medicine, when your blood is stagnant, it causes period symptoms !

If only the medical world actually knew anything about the human body, I would have been spared fainting from my cramps/period all throughout the 80-90’s🥺

I started 2 things about 2 years ago. Not sure which helped but I like both, and am continuing with them. 1. I started drinking from a copper water bottle. 2. I started taking blackstrap molasses regularly each week. For almost the first time in my 50 years, I'm not low in iron!🙌🏻

Any tips for someone suffering from chronic fibrocystic breasts? The pain is severe when my period is approaching and doctors told me that I’m fine. Thank you 😭

This is what happens to my skin every month when I ovulate- I do skin care and nothing I use topically clears my skin so I know it’s an internal issue. I have endometriosis & diffuse Adenomyosis & really bad PMDD. I noticed when I take Quercetin it kind of helps the bumps on my skin but not fully. Would the adrenal cocktail help? Is there anything else I can do to help?
