@alexskitchenbangers: Greek inspired beef smash tacos 🌮🤌🏼 Ingredients serves 2 For the beef 250g 5% beef mince 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp garlic granules ½ tsp onion granules 1 tsp dried oregano ½ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp salt Black pepper For the tzatziki 150g 0% Greek yoghurt ¼ cucumber, grated + squeezed dry 1 tsp chopped garlic 2 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp dried dill Salt + black pepper For the Greek salad ½ cucumber, diced 2 salad tomatoes, diced ¼ red onion, finely sliced ½ tsp dried oregano Juice of ½ lemon 15g feta Salt + black pepper To serve 4 mini soft tortillas 125g frozen skinny fries ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp dried oregano 15g feta Press the seasoned beef directly onto the tortillas, cook beef side down until browned, then flip and cook the tortilla side.
