I think it's partly because she is the only shads who doesn't care abt humanity. Asmoday has abandoned the heavenly principles, and we have cannon evidence that she was suffering with depression(melancholy as it's put in game) and nihilism because she couldn't do anything to help the civilisations of humans that where destroyed. naverius was devoured by gold and although she may not care much about others, she is not loyal to the heavenly principles. and finally, during a short quest on the frost moon (in the golden Hall area) we are shown a cutscene of the three moon goddessed talking about istaroth and how 'she has certain views about that descender' although this isn't confirmation, the facts that she was partially responsible for the sakura tree becoming the replacement irminsul for inazuma and her powers are what removed the mare javari from the map(venti states its a place hidden in time) its a safe assumption that she is sympathetic towards humanity.
