Just a heads up, they are probably coming out of your sink and shower drains. Not easy to get rid of. I used a metric shit ton of cleaning vinegar and baking soda down the drains for weeks. The drain fly killer products didn’t work for me.

I do something similar but I use apple cider vinegar. BUT you have to get rid of them in your drains. If you don’t get rid of where they are breeding they will always come back
