I thought you supposed to fry the tortillas then dip them in sauce. Not dip and fry. I’m not Hispanic so I’m not sure. Lady told me to do it like that.

I do my enchiladas like this but I use cheddar cheese and onion and for my kids I use cheddar cheese 🧀 and shredded chicken

I think that step is so unnecessary, you can just dipped the tortillas and roll them. Is no need to fry them but that's me. 🤣🥰
