I build these systems in production, and this is one of the simplest architectures I would use to actually learn how a production voice agent works: LangGraph for the agent workflow + Opik for LLMOps, tracing, evaluation and observability. A real production setup can get much more complicated, but if you want to understand the foundations, this is a very good place to start.
