well even as a kid iwas a night owl, staying up at night and then waking up late. my parents always had a problem with that. iunderstand school but summer? summer is summer. sleep deficit is not ok bro and iappreciate that youre a cool parent

It’s the only time they have for rest! They’ll never get it back bc when they grow up, you get no breaks from work. My mom used to wake me up if I tried to fall asleep early at 7pm even tho I was always doing physical activity is marching band

My youngest is 16 she can sleep in till whenever she wants ! I’ve never understood why you would wake them they need sleep 😊
