whilst I was at uni a placement opportunity came round through the uni and it literally stated "blacks, Asian and Indian heritage only, no whites will be accepted" and i was like hang on a second if it said the opposite that's racist but it's okay to exclude white people...and before anyone says "they might be better suited for the job" it was an events assistant for a basic level company...skin colour had 0 advantages for it...😳
