Fab and Ell on YouTube have a infertility playlist. They had a huge concoction of supplements which helped them conceive their twins. One of them was Coq10 but theres loads others. Didn't help us unfortunately but apparently it helped loads of other people!

it worked for me and my husband! i took it along with metformin and letrozole bc i still didn't ovulate without those.

Sure this helped me after 2 early losses! I believe it takes 3 months to positively improve the quality of your eggs though, so not a quick fix but should hopefully help a little down the line. Good luck mama
