I’m in an uber right now and the driver is complaining about the traffic non stop to me. Please make a policy that drivers should not be talking to riders about the bad roads and that “they’re never coming back this way again.” I’m not from this city.

Hello Uber Support, I am an Uber driver working in South Africa, specifically in Cape Town. I am legally recognised as a refugee in South Africa, and I have a valid document/permit that allows me to work legally throughout the country. However, when I receive an Uber trip to Cape Town International Airport and try to enter the Uber parking/pick-up area, I am stopped by security. I am told that only South African citizens are allowed to enter and that refugees are not allowed to use the area. I would like Uber to please clarify this matter for me: Is the Uber parking/pick-up area at Cape Town International Airport an official Uber facility that should be accessible to all legally registered Uber drivers, regardless of nationality or refugee status? Or is it specifically restricted to South African citizens? If legally registered refugee drivers are allowed to use the Uber area, please assist me in understanding what documents or permission I need to present to airport security so
