The bull case is loud: 372% revenue growth, 85% gross margins, ~7x forward earnings off management’s own guidance (~$180 in EPS annualized) — conservative relative to their track record. Ten agreements spanning 4 years, $93B+ in value, $16.5B in cash deposits. The bear case: → 85% gross margins in memory aren’t a moat, historically they’re a top-of-cycle signal. → Long-term supply deals get renegotiated. Big Tech can outlast suppliers in court, work around agreements, and suppliers won’t risk the relationship. → China is ramping. They can’t make HBM4 — but they *can* make NAND and flash, and SanDisk doesn’t have the same technological protections as the big 3. Everyone already knows it’s cheap.
