in order for you to have a paycheck garnishment they would have had to have served you the original complaint, so if you weren't served with that I would look into it

An autopsy accidentally went through on a bank account we don’t use any more. Ended up getting charged off, they sent all paperwork to an old address I haven’t lived at in years. Ended up being a huge thing, hit to my credit, all over $24. They could’ve just GOOGLED how to contact me

Ughhhhh literally I’m in the same situation they serve me in my last address were I sued to live 3 years ago !!! I didn’t know about this going on and now I have to go to court in September !!!! What should I do ?

Omg!! Capitol one was suing me, they served MY FATHER while I was at work, they wrote on the proof of service 5’6-5’9 150 pound Latin man, LMFAOOOOO IM 375 pounds and 5’4 anyways… they have a wage garnishment now. 💀
