@stephgrassodietitian: #Ad One thing that always helps me eat more veggies? DIPS. Instead of making just one, I prep 2–3 different flavors each week so I can switch things up. My secret is using @siggisdairy 0% plain yogurt as the base because it's thick, creamy, and adds protein. Then I add fresh herbs, a seasoning mix, and a few simple mix-ins depending on the flavor. Recipe for each dip below! French Onion Dip (Makes ~2¼ cups) 2 cups siggi's 0% plain yogurt 1 packet (1 oz) French onion soup mix 1/3 cup crispy fried onions 2–3 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped Buffalo Chicken Dip (Makes ~3 cups) 2 cups siggi's 0% plain yogurt ½ cup buffalo sauce 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives Ranch Veggie Dip (Makes ~2¼ cups) 2 cups siggi's 0% plain yogurt 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning 2–3 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped Veggies to pair with all three: Baby carrots Mini sweet peppers Cucumbers Broccoli florets Cauliflower Snap peas Celery Radishes They take just a few minutes to make, last all week, and make reaching for vegetables so much more satisfying. #siggis #siggisSponsored #diprecipe #snackrecipe
