It was ruled unconstitutional. yet the majority of the property tax shows allocated to local public schools. I thought the Ohio lottery was established under the rouse of funding public k-12 schools. I honestly don’t understand what is happening in Ohio. The government doesn’t follow their own rules/laws. Who can stop them?

Yep, and the state supreme court ruled back in the 90’s that it was unconstitutional. Nothing has ever been done 😡🙄
