If its not farm fresh dont eat raw store meats there raised in terrible conditions and will get you sick

Lucky bc Costco Salmon is not flash frozen lol It does have parasites so if you didn’t get any, then you’re just lucky

you forgot that sushi fish is usually salt and sugar brined for a while to firm up the flesh

its good unmarinated if u cure it with salt and sugar it takes away that weird metallic taste you might be getting

I have a friend who's been doin this for years and never had any issue, farm raised Atlantic salmon has an incredibly low risk of parasites or diseases, especially when selected for quality.
