i just started going to! i didn't even know internal was involved until you insinuated it in a video but I'm glad I didn't overthink it. my main symptom is numbness so it doesn't really bother me. 🤠

I truly believe upwards of 50-75% of women NEED pelvic floor therapy for a majority of reasons. It took like 25 years for any doctor to say to me 'hey so all these issues you're having in your body... you have a weak core and you need pelvic floor therapy'
