Im my specific case was a estrogen causing my HS flares (assumed via birth control) as soon as I stopped it, no more flares!

I did a strict AIP diet for a year and saw no changes. I cut out all inflammatory foods and got nothing. It’s so disheartening. I don’t know what I could have done wrong. I was so strict with it. Any advice? For context I have stage 3 and it’s everywhere. Was told surgery was the only option but I can’t do that cause my moms going through chemo and I just simply can’t do it. Recovery from it would be months.
