That wear in the heel is not from dragging it, but from pronation in the ankles. The heel tap can actually throw off your ankle stability and posture even more. Great to maintain the shoes! Just not so much for the body

With shoes like Gucci and high value shoes in general, I would never put that shit on the bottom of my shoe. Go to a cobbler and have your shoe refinished.
