To answer everyone asking why what’s the point: the prosecution is *trying* to prove Lindsay was in the right state of mind. They’re trying to portray and relay to the jury that she wasn’t suffering. That’s the whole entire case they’re trying to prove…. Using this is dumb for sure- I believe this backfires and shows a very disinterested father & unsupportive husband. While she appears to be an engaged and present mom who loves her children
