First off don’t come on here trying to make guilt trip videos. I don’t mind helping out teachers, but y’all really need to stop sending long supply list of items that millennials never heard of. Y’all are asking for a compass rose paper - graphing paper - 2 inch thin paper -and all of these other items we never heard of. Meanwhile, I understand y’all need these items, but can you at least help us parents out and tell us which store to get it from? Do I buy it from Amazon? Not to mention can I use your teacher credentials to get the same discounts that you normally would get if you would’ve bought it yourself? Or better yet how about I just give you the gift card to wherever and then you can use your own discount to get what you need? How about just be honest about what you need ??? Meanwhile- you send parents on a wild goose chase to Walmart, Target, and whatever grocery store and Dollar Tree - only come to find out everything on the list no one sells besides Crayola items … so if we’re gonna make a video, make a video and say “ listen - us teachers just need gift cards to these places” and then you can use the gift cards along with your discount because teachers get discounts on supplies. I was a substitute teacher so please don’t tussle with me because half of the supplies on the list don’t get used or they get stuffed away in a filing cabinet and people forget about them… 💥 🙄
