This simply means leverage, he dosent necessarily need to work, or create shoes himself, he just needs to be the capital owner , not necessarily the artisan , he needed a platform to start and yes he will obviously start alone but with the platform , he tends to build a network and attract his buyers, but as time goes, he withdraws a little from the production aspect but not completely , he has to employ skilled artisans to do the work but follow his making process to maintain same quality… and from there he builds his team and his structure and that’s how akpaka changes from just a brand to a business

Well said,we have more skilled shoemakers than business oriented.Most are busy working hard but not going far because they don’t understand business and they can’t tell you their revenue in a month nor profit made.Treat your business like you are an employee.Well done👍
