Mom tip. Buy large disposable doggy wee wee pads and keep one or two in the diaper bag instead of changing pad. This way when you’re in public and have to use the changing table in the disgusting public bathroom you can just put down the wee wee pad and throw it out after, instead of having to fold up your changing pad covered in public restroom germs and put it in your diaper bag, touching all the clean clothes and everything.

I’m not even a mom, but I’m a firm believer that a diaper bag or a baby bag should be for the Mom and not for the baby like the mom is the one carrying it. It should be chic and her style. It doesn’t necessarily have to be covered in Disney characters unless that’s what the mom wants.

the freeze dry breast milk is absolutely worth the investment. if you have the funds you can even buy a freeze dryer and do it yourself if you plan to have multiple kids or breast feed for an extended period

Loveee the Dior Book Tote as a diaper bag! I used one in 2024 for my son! Maybe this is a sign to “upgrade” my diaper for baby girl 💕

Add a roll of mini trash bags, aka dog poop bags, it’s helpful for dirty clothes or diapers, they also have them in the baby section but marketed for this. Or a wet bag for the dirty clothes.

what's the difference between a diaper bag and a regular bag ? POCKETS, lots of pockets. I'm not even a mom but I was looking for ages for a new uni/ work bag that could fit and organise all the things I need for both and ended up buying a diaper bag because I couldn't find any others bag that fit my needs. I love it, even used it as a personal item for my Ryanair flight and it has 4 insulated pockets that i can keep my snacks, lunch and water bottle in. Also has a "secret " back pocket that was perfect for my wallet and passport on my trip.
