@kate_higdon: At 50, here are 3 things I STOPPED believing about aging… 1. My best years are behind me. Nope. 😂 I know myself better, care less about what people think, and I’m still dreaming BIG. 2. Getting older means slowing down. I want to hike the trails, lift the weights, take the trips and keep saying YES to adventure. I have way too much living left to do. 3. Wanting to look good means I’m not embracing my age. Please. 😂 I can LOVE being 50 and still want to look my best. Both can be true. I don’t want to be 30 again. I want to see just how GOOD 50, 60, 70 and beyond can be. ❤️ Growing older is a privilege. But HOW I grow older?
