@techmakesart: Answering a few questions about setting up Azeroth Core with the help of AI, and more! #TechMakesArt #worldofwarcraft #wow #privateserver #ai
can you run the graphical client side application on something like a raspberry pi 5 with 16 GB of RAM? I know it doesn't take much to run the server side graphically... I would only imagine a non-hd version of vanilla old school like this would be pretty light based on today's standards

Are you compiling on your main PC, then deploying to your server or are you compiling on the final destination.

Gonna really look into this.
I believe it would be a fun project.
The big question is: "What expansions are available?"

for the hdr client is that needed to build azerothcore? I built mine using the regular client. can I just use the different client in place of the standard one?

I absolutely love this. One thing I would note is running MySQL and data on the same drive can slow things down, especially if it’s a disk drive instead of m2 or ssd (not saying you have that here) but just so folks know about the contention you can get with drives. Your content is amazing. Thank you!

the smallest I got it running on was a pi 3 with 4gb RAM. That was TrinityCore for WotLK configured to keep all maps in memory.
