@bosnia: Bosnia has now completed zero of the 113 reforms promised on the road to EU membership, and for the first time it's starting to look less like failure and more like a strategy. Brussels passed a law this July letting platforms scan private messages without a warrant, reviving a rule Parliament itself voted down in the room and watching it pass anyway on a technicality. It's in force until 2028. None of that touches Bosnia. Not because anyone planned it that way, but because a country that never finished the paperwork was never in the room to begin with. Everyone else joined the club and got the fine print. Bosnia's still outside reading the pamphlet, in no hurry. *Satire and parody. The bureaucracy is, tragically, real.
