@startoverstrategy: I’ve been telling my kids for years that when they really want an opportunity, they shouldn’t rely entirely on an application or online form. Go meet the person. Introduce yourself. Let them see who you are. Because in an increasingly digital world, there is still something powerful about having a real person standing in front of you. And then I realized something: I’ve been teaching my kids to do this while not doing it myself in my own business. I’ve been building my professional organizing business, but I’ve been hesitant to get out from behind my screen and actually meet people face-to-face. So I’m changing that. I’m introducing myself to local professionals, making connections, and letting people know what I actually do. It’s uncomfortable. But I’m learning that sometimes building a business means doing the thing you already know works—you just have to be brave enough to do it yourself. #StartOverStrategy #ServiceBasedBusiness #DivorcedFormerTradwife #WomenInBusiness #LocalBusinessMarketing
