I used to go to Mattei’s Tavern years ago before they renovated it and it was always a fantastic place to go. The renovations looks spectacular.

If you stay there for a long weekend. Save the $1400 a night and flight to Umbria and stay at a comparable place for $350. All in, it will end up costing you about the same.
