I asked for an itemized bill for my surgery. I was charged almost $600 for Ibuprofen. It said I was given 100 pills. I tried to dispute it. There’s no way I took 100 pills in one day. Went back and forth for 3 months and nothing was taken off my bill.

I got a bill for $7k AFTER insurance for an overnight ER visit. I didn’t have it at the time and the hospital quickly sent it to collections that settled it for $1100. The hospitals will sell your debt for Pennie’s on the dollar
