They make a claim and vinted should give you both compensation, don't do anything it should be done automatically. It's happened to me twice now

Do not hit refund or hit it’s been resolved. I made that mistake even tho it wasn’t my fault it was delivery people n I did not get any compensation

i work at evri no matter how damaged the parcel is we can tape up the box depending on how damaged it is or provide a new box

when I had a parcel go missing with evri I got paid still and the buyer got refunded. I assume (and hope) its the same for damaged parcel if its by evri but vinted are so rubbish at the moment they will try to blame seller I net
