Salmon & Broccoli Bake 🥦🐟 Ingredients Salmon 300 g Broccoli 250 g Cherry tomatoes 150 g Mozzarella 125 g Filling Eggs 4 Cream 170 ml Salt, pepper, dried garlic Butter for the baking dish Cut the salmon into small cubes. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 1 minute. Place broccoli, salmon and cherry tomatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour over the filling. Add mozzarella on top. Bake 30 minutes at 180°C (top & bottom heat). Then 20 minutes at 180°C (top & bottom + convection). Запіканка з лососем і броколі 🥦🐟 Інгредієнти Лосось 300 г Броколі 250 г Помідори черрі 150 г Моцарела 125 г Заливка Яйця 4 шт Вершки 170 мл Сіль, перець, сухий часник Масло для змащення форми Лосось нарізати невеликим кубиком. Броколі відварити у підсоленій воді 1 хвилину. Викласти броколі, лосось і черрі у змащену форму. Залити заливкою. Зверху викласти моцарелу. Запікати 30 хвилин при 180°C (верх-низ).
