@grandesportstraining: Not every training session needs to be at maximum intensity. In this clip, Bruno Guimarães is working unopposed at a controlled pace: scanning his shoulder, arriving at an angle, receiving, turning and playing. We cannot know the purpose of his full session from one clip, but we can learn from what is visible. Training intensity should match the purpose of the day and the demands already in your schedule. Before adding an individual session, write down your club training, matches, gym work, school sport and recovery. Then ask: What does my week need, and what can my body handle today? Preseason Build your capacity progressively. Combine harder football work with controlled technical days. Do not jump from very little training to maximum intensity every day. In season Your matches and important team sessions come first. Extra work should fill a gap. A short, controlled session can focus on body shape, first touch, passing quality or position-specific movement without adding another heavy physical load. Off-season First recover physically and mentally. Then rebuild in stages. Start with controlled football work, strength and movement before increasing speed, volume, opposition and game intensity as preseason approaches. Use this rule: If your football week is already hard, add quality without adding unnecessary fatigue. If your football week is light, you may have room for a more demanding session. The goal is not to finish every session exhausted. The goal is to understand why you are training, choose the right load and arrive ready to perform. Save this and build your individual work around your actual football calendar. #greenscreenvideo #greenscreen
