I went with the RX 9070 XT over the RTX 5070 Ti because it fit what I wanted better. I do use ray tracing, and the 9070 XT handles standard ray tracing well enough for the games I play while still delivering strong overall performance. Path tracing is possible too, but that’s where performance drops enough that it isn’t very practical for me. Streaming and recording have also been great on the 9070 XT, so I didn’t feel like I was missing out there. FSR 4 and 4.1 were a major improvement over older versions like FSR 3.1, and the image quality is good enough that I’m happy using it when needed. The 5070 Ti is definitely stronger in heavy ray tracing and path tracing workloads, but the 9070 XT gave me excellent raster performance, good ray tracing performance, modern upscaling, and solid streaming features at a price that made more sense to me. Since I use ray tracing but don’t rely heavily on path tracing, the 9070 XT ended up being the better balance of performance and value for my needs.

What’s your budget #1 and #2 the price to performance is worth going and but you miss out on ray tracing and DLSS but with amd rn it’s not a bad thing to not have not every game and scene needs ray tracing but for your wallet get amd but for better features get the nvidia card

quick search on Amazon 5070ti-$1100 or more. 9070xt- $720 or more. $400 difference for nearly identical or better performance depending on the game. 9070xt ss the logical choice. and dont let dlss be the one point because i went from the 9070xt to a 5080 and have been unimpressed by dlss. so much ghosting

if you want better graphics for almost twice the price go for 5070ti but if you think spending that much money on an small change isn't worth it then go for 9070xt its an realy good card

I choose RX 9070 XT from my RTX 3070. Why? The price. More cheaper than the RTX 5070. My first time on AMD and I love it. If you only gaming, no need Nvidia.

same overall performance but if you rly care ab graphics (DLSS, RT, PT, etc) then 5070 TI fs but if you don’t care that much and just want good 1440p/4k performance in general 9070 xt less features but same performance for like $500 less

With current market 9070 XT. Yes you won’t get the good dlss4 and frame gen but you can in some games get mods that will allow you to use NVIDIA’s frame gen and dlss as well as their reflex so it’s not a complete loss
