I had a client come in last week with an ai photo of herself with lived in blonde hair but the tone of it was a ashy mushroom colour and she kept going on about the mushroom ash so I gave her that exact color and she called up saying she hated it, came in next day points to another client in salon saying she wanted what she had and it was super bright creamy blonde meanwhile she originally had that and said she hated it 😭 no pleasing people these days

it is truly inevitable, not to mention it goes beyond just giving them a good haircut/service. People will nick-pick over the smallest things, such as not getting haircut after being 20 minutes late 🙄
