Overall I don’t love Arizona but if I had to pick a favorite city in the AZ valley it would definitely be Chandler. The diversity and options are great. Sleepy Whale being an all time favorite!

It’s kinda not chic to drive up rent and property so much that it forces out people who are from there. It’s also really not chic to focus on upscaling the downtown area only, when you can take Chandler blvd East less than half a mile up from AZ Ave and it’s still set up the same way it was in the 80s/90s. Looking more run down bc of all your renovations. Shut down brunchies, shut down el zocalos, shut down Serranos. But yeah, real nice place to live. I’m so glad that everybody not from AZ is so happy living here. And do nothing but stare as I walk on through their “home” like I’m the one who doesn’t belong when I’ve lived here my whole life. So not chic
